This hotel is located in the heart of downtown, just steps away from trendy shops and outstanding restaurants. The location also provides breathtaking views of the city and its surroundings. In addition, the hotel offers great leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and a hot tub for guests to unwind after a day of exploring. Moreover, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of choices and food restocked frequently.
One minor downside is that the hotel's wifi can be unreliable at times.

Comfortable, roomy, lovely bathroom, toiletries great smelling! Bed was comfortable, aircon good.
Breakfast was really good, the bacon delicious. No time to use pool but others in the group did. Great to be able to launder clothes in lovely machines. Coffee and tea was always available in the lobby. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. It was 15 minutes walk to the yacht club down leafy avenues with gracious, historic houses. Restaurants and cafes were close by.

The staff was kind and accommodating, ample parking, clean rooms, great location near Lake Michigan and downtown, kitchenette and spacious rooms.

We had a fantastic stay in this downtown hotel. The room layout was great, and we had a nice view of the sunrise through the buildings across the street. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the mini tabletop electric stove in the room, which allowed us to cook if we had planned better. The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown, close to restaurants and entertainment. We were also pleased with the complimentary mini box of chocolates we received for Valentine's weekend.

I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The spacious rooms with full kitchens were a great value for the price. The location was convenient, being close to the lake, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable high back chair in the room for reading. With two beds in addition to the bedrooms, it was perfect for a comfortable stay. The breakfast included was a nice touch.
All was great, no improvements needed.
